Text Box: Our Famous Wine Smoothie
Of course we make ours in a machine but you can almost copy our smoothie at home.

1 - We would prefer that you use our wine but any wine can be used. Keep in mind that when wine freezes the bitter flavors come out even more so I would not recommend anything but a fruity wine for this.  With that said its all up to you.
2 - Our smoothies are fruity and sweetened to over 2 cups of sugar per gallon. So a 750ml bottle of wine is 1/5th of a gallon or 25 oz.  So use at least 1/2 cup of sugar per bottle.  You may need more if the wine is less fruity.
3 - Dissolve the sugar into the wine. You can do this by stirring the sugar into room temperature wine.  You can even use Splenda.
4 - Place the mixture into a plastic container with an opening that will allow the frozen wine to easily be placed into your Blender.  You can add flavors at this point if you want to or need to. You can also add fruit pieces whole because you will use the blender later.
5 - Place the wine in the freezer until frozen of course.
6 - Take the frozen mixture and put it in the blender and puree it until it has the consistency you want.
7 - Then drink and repeat.

Quick Directions - Freeze wine - pour in blender and turn on - pour into glass - Drink
